In 1984, two of the Yankees best, Don Mattingly and Dave Winfield, battled for the American League batting record. "Donnie Baseball" won the crown with an average of .343 to Winfield's .340 during the last game of the season against the Detroit Tigers. This great color 16x20 photograph has been hand signed by teammates Dave Winfield and Don Mattingly. Winfield added the inscription, "NY Yankees 81-90."
